# How-To:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes if using, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan or nutritional yeast. Toss until evenly coated.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
