# What You’ll Need:

→ Puff Pastry

01 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Cheese

02 - 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 24 small cubes

→ Cranberry

03 - ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

→ Garnish (optional)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 2 tbsp chopped toasted pecans or walnuts

# How-To:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet to smooth creases and cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Press each pastry square gently into the muffin cups, shaping to fit.
04 - Place a cube of Brie in each pastry cup, then top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
05 - Sprinkle chopped herbs and nuts over the filled pastry cups if desired.
06 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
