Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
Prepare Puff Pastry:
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth creases. Cut into 24 equal squares.
Shape Cups:
Press a pastry square into each muffin cup, gently shaping to fit.
Add Filling:
Place a cube of Brie into each pastry cup. Top each with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
Add Garnish:
Sprinkle with herbs and nuts if desired.
Bake:
Bake for 13 15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
Serve:
