05 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
11 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (optional)

01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Remove stems and seeds, then slice evenly into strips.
02 - Arrange the bell pepper strips radiating from the center of a serving platter, leaving space for the dip.
