Ingredients
- Fruit: 2 large bananas peeled and sliced into 16 thick rounds, 8 fresh strawberries hulled
- Sweets: 8 large marshmallows, 8 mini marshmallows, 16 chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips for eyes, 8 red mini M&Ms or red candy-coated chocolates for noses
- Extras: 2 tablespoons cream cheese or peanut butter for gluing eyes and nose optional, 8 wooden skewers or sturdy toothpicks
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Slice each banana into thick rounds about 1 inch each You will need two rounds per skewer
- Step 2:
- Wash and hull the strawberries
- Step 3:
- Onto each skewer thread in order one large marshmallow for beard one banana round for face one strawberry pointed side up for Santas hat and top with a mini marshmallow pom-pom for Santas hat
- Step 4:
- Using a dab of cream cheese or peanut butter attach two mini chocolate chips for eyes and one red mini M&M for the nose on each banana face
- Step 5:
- Repeat for all skewers Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours
