# What You’ll Need:
→ Probiotic Base
01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
→ Flavoring
05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, as needed
# How-To:
01 - In a sterile glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar thoroughly into filtered water. Incorporate water kefir grains or ginger bug and add lemon juice. Stir gently using a non-metallic spoon to avoid damage to fermentation cultures.
02 - Secure the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter fastened with a rubber band. Allow the mixture to ferment at ambient room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours until a gentle fizz develops and a tangy aroma is apparent.
03 - Carefully strain out the water kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Set aside the cultures for future use or discard according to preference.
04 - In a pitcher, blend the freshly fermented probiotic soda base with orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to integrate flavors uniformly.
05 - Fill chilled glasses generously with ice cubes, pour the mocktail over them, and garnish each glass with a thin slice of orange and additional mint leaves as desired.
06 - Present the beverage immediately for optimal carbonation and aromatic freshness.
