# What You’ll Need:

01 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
→ Vegetables
03 - 12 small cucumber slices, ¼ inch thick rounds
04 - 12 small black olive slices (for noses)
05 - 24 mini capers (for eyes)
06 - 12 small radish slices (for ears)
→ Crackers
07 - 12 round rice or water crackers, approximately 2 inch diameter
→ Spices & Seasonings
08 - ½ tsp lemon juice
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste
# How-To:
01 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each cracker.
03 - Place one cucumber slice slightly off-center atop each cracker to resemble an iceberg.
04 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, place a rounded mound of cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice to create the polar bear's head.
05 - Garnish each head by positioning two mini capers as eyes, one black olive slice as nose, and push two radish slices on the sides as ears.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to firm up and enhance texture before serving.
