Ingredients

  • Bacon: 8 slices bacon (halved crosswise)
  • Filling: 60 g (about 4 tbsp) cream cheese (softened), 32 walnut halves (about 40 g)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Dates:
Make a small slit in each date and remove the pit if not already pitted.
Fill Dates:
Fill each date with about ( ) teaspoon cream cheese and insert a walnut half into the center.
Seal and Wrap:
Gently press the dates closed. Wrap each stuffed date with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange:
